16 York Street is an office development at York Centre by Cadillac Fairview in Toronto. The 32-storey office tower was designed by the team of Architects Alliance and B + H Architects.

16 York is at the heart of Toronto's most vibrant business community, the South Financial Core. Home to some of the country's most forward-thinking organization, the area also offers some of the city's best entertainment and dining, as well as direct access to PATH, highways and transit.

KJA was involved in the design development phase, simulations, custom elevator layouts, specifications, contract arrangements, drawing reviews, project supervision and final commissioning.
