Zach Perry, PE

As an elevator consultant and professional engineer, Zach provides engineering support and solutions for our clients’ building conveyance needs. With a focus on modernizations and new installations, he offers consulting services to a wide variety of customers, including condominium owners, state agencies, hospitals, universities, and hotels. Zach assesses all conveyance system challenges with a critical eye to the specific role elevators play within the building. With an understanding that elevator installation/renovations are costly capital endeavors, he seeks to provide long-term, reliable conveyance system service.

Zach has served as an elevator consultant since 2016, when he joined K.H. Lemp Elevator Consultant, Inc., an ATIS legacy company. Prior to this, he worked in heavy manufacturing industries, including plastics, steel and aggregate. Zach is a Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in the State of Missouri and is also a Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI). Zach received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Missouri S&T.
