Paul Gauthier has more than 25 years of experience in the elevator industry across new construction, maintenance, modernization, and consulting. Based in the Calgary area, he has worked for major manufacturers, independent service providers, and consulting firms, so he understands how projects are specified, bid, installed, and maintained over the long term. Most recently, he supervised a team of 14 unionized elevator mechanics at Fujitec Canada, building maintenance plans to maximize uptime, leading the rollout of updated safety code standards, and coordinating permits and inspections with AEDARSA.
As a consultant, Paul has prepared construction and specification documents for bidding, managed projects from initial concept through commissioning, and advocated for elevating device owners. He pairs that technical background with hands-on experience in budgeting, cash flow, and contract administration, and he has built long-standing relationships with building owners and property managers throughout his career.
