As an engineer and senior consultant, Patrick Rainville is currently involved in all aspects of KJA operations for the province of Quebec. Patrick has consulted on numerous projects and is involved in various national programs for major property management companies. He possesses the following managerial experience

  • New construction and modernization project supervision and management

  • Maintenance management program supervision

  • Business development and financial management

  • Account management and client relations

Patrick has worked as a project manager and site engineer for several elevator and escalator projects in addition he has inspected thousands of vertical transportation devices.

He is also the lead consultant on the PSWGC/BGIS vertical transportation portfolios in the province of Quebec, which include more than 500 devices and now span more than 11 years respectively.
