Noah joined KJA in 2023 as an Account Executive, bringing a strong background in account management, client relations, and data-driven strategy.
With extensive experience managing both new and existing accounts, Noah plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance within the vertical transportation industry. At KJA, he oversees Major client portfolios, such as BGO, Dream and Cushman & Wakefield while assisting on other major clients such as Candian Tire, H&M and Cadillac Fairview. He assists in contract tender and negotiations, and ensures all elevator maintenance deficiencies are addressed in accordance with Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) regulations.
Prior to joining KJA, Noah developed a proven track record in customer account management—building lasting relationships based on trust, responding to client needs, and driving growth through strategic lead generation, CRM optimization, and data analysis. He also led onboarding for vendors, managed internal documentation systems, resolved service issues proactively, and produced detailed client reporting and business reviews.
