Mark Belcher has more than 40 years of experience in vertical transportation, beginning as an elevator technician and adjustor with Otis Elevator Company in Baltimore. He advanced through repair and modernization superintendent roles in Washington, D.C., then led Otis-affiliated operations as General Manager of Elco Elevator Company, President of Delta Elevator Service Corporation in Boston, and General Manager of Otis's South Carolina and Southern Georgia operations.
Mark moved into consulting as Executive Vice President of Michael Blades & Associates and has served as President of Buckley Belcher & Company since 2019. His combination of field experience and executive leadership helps clients evaluate equipment condition, modernization scope, and contractor performance. He holds an Executive MBA from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of Maryland, completed executive management training at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and is a graduate of the National Elevator Industry Educational Program.
