Having formerly worked in project management for many years, Jewella joined KJA in 2021. She currently provides maintenance management services to numerous local and national accounts including Dream Property Management, QuadReal Property Group, Cushman & Wakefield, GWL Realty Advisors, Crossbridge Condominium Services, RioCan, Canadian Tire and more.

Her managerial experience includes:

  • Account management and client relations

  • Maintenance management program supervision

  • Personnel support and mentoring

  • Client on-boarding and asset management training

Technical experience

  • Proposal and invoice reviews;

  • Specification drafting and review;

  • Contractor engagement and liaison;

  • Procurement assistance and contract negotiation

With Jewella’s project management experience, she can identify clients’ needs and expectations, and deliver accordingly. Jewella also has experience with procurement and consulting services, onboarding new hires, and overseeing ad-hoc projects.
