Jason Kempton, P. Eng.

Jason Kempton has been with KJA since 2014, and is a Professional Engineer registered in Alberta and Saskatchewan. He has several years of varied construction trades experience outside of the elevator industry, which were key in forming his hands-on approach applied in his professional career.

Jason has been involved with numerous portfolio-wide facility assessments for assisted living facilities, government buildings, and retail locations. He has taken the lead on custom design assistance for a nuclear power plant in Washington state, negotiated and established service agreements between national clients and maintenance providers across numerous provinces, has been involved with numerous modernization projects in office towers across Calgary and retail centres in Calgary and Regina.

He is currently involved with the management of vertical device portfolios for national clients that include Cadillac Fairview, Cushman & Wakefield, Silverbirch Hotels & Resorts, Dream Office Management, and Jones-Lang-Lasalle. His managerial experience includes:
