As a vertical transportation consultant with over fifteen years experience, Eric Lam is currently involved with various aspects of KJA’s operations including maintenance program management, elevator upgrade project oversight, and maintenance and technical audits. He has consulted on hundreds of projects and has been involved in various national programs for major national real estate and property management firms.
Eric is involved with numerous vertical transportation projects based in the Greater Toronto Area. In addition to this involvement, he has done extensive work for the City of Toronto, Toronto District School Board, Region of Peel and Dream Property Management.
Eric has acted as lead consultant and support for hundreds of other elevator and escalator upgrade projects across Ontario. He has provided VT maintenance oversight and ongoing technical assistance for notable clients such as Cadillac Fairview and Bentall Green Oak, in addition to large-scale inspections for CBRE.
Eric has inspected over a thousand elevating devices, including work for the provincial and municipal government, and various commercial and residential properties
