Bruce Zuk

Bruce Zuk entered the elevator industry as a helper in 1978. Within 4 years he was promoted to the role of adjuster and in 1984 he accepted a position of adjuster in Singapore. He then went on to work as the supervisor of the expat adjusting team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In 1997 he was promoted to the position of Regional Field Engineer in Canada for Otis Elevator, where he provided technical support for mechanics and projects across Canada. Bruce has 42 years in the elevator industry.

He has been involved in all aspects of the technical installations and ongoing maintenance. He has provided technical support for new equipment as well as the older styles of elevator. Bruce was also responsible for providing training classes for new styles of elevators and for historical units. He was also used to review and reduce callbacks especially for trouble or high visibility units.
