Andy Wells, P. Eng.

Self-employed in the property management field prior to joining KJA in 1997, Andrew “Andy’ Wells, plays a major role in the development, engineering, tendering, and supervision relating to the vertical transportation systems. He is currently involved with all aspects of KJA operations, including:

• Overseeing national accounts, procurement, and major projects

• Large elevator modernization projects in Canada (with $50M combined total elevator value)

• IT & KPI development supporting QC programs and maintenance agreements for many organizations

• Providing executive oversight for Ontario’s largest provincial elevator capital program for upgrades across Ontario.

Working out of Toronto, Andy has executed and supervised hundreds of project assignments, the largest of which total construction value approaching $1B, and include several that are ‘owner’ and ‘P3’ funded. Ranging from residential, commercial, institutional to healthcare verticals, these projects also include many well respected international assignments in the UAE, North America, and Asia. Andy has also inspected several thousand elevators and escalators across Canada and internationally.
