Allison Rathwell, P. Eng.

Allison Rathwell is currently involved with various aspects of KJA’s operations in the National Capital Region and within Canada’s Eastern Provinces. Joining KJA in 2019, her key responsibilities currently include design, supervision, and management of vertical transportation modernization and new construction projects, maintenance program management including account management and client relations, maintenance inspections, and due diligence examinations.

Allison has performed hundreds of inspections of elevators and escalators across Canada contained within major real estate firm portfolios including Cadillac Fairview, Oxford, Cominar, Cushman and Wakefield, Morguard, Ivanhoé Cambridge, RioCan, Slate, and KRP.

Allison has experience coordinating large scale inspection portfolios for clients such as CBRE and PWGCS and provides ongoing technical support to multiple property managers across the Maritimes and Ontario. She is involved with the construction phase of the Ottawa LRT Phase 2. She has also been a part of the CBRE/IO elevator consulting services program for over two years. Her responsibilities include providing monthly reports, data analysis, and assistance with a portfolio of over 500 elevating devices across Ontario.
