As a vertical transportation consultant, Omar Sulaiman is involved with various aspects of KJA’s operations, including maintenance program management, elevator modernization projects, and maintenance and technical audits. Omar previously worked as an electrical designer, creating electrical, lighting, and fire emergency layouts for a variety of buildings. New construction and modernization project supervision and management. His managerial experience includes:

  • Account management and client relations

  • Modernization project supervision and management

Omar currently works with Cadillac Fairview, GWLRA, QuadReal, Oxford, and BGIS providing maintenance and consulting services on a regular basis.

He has completed large-scale inspections for Oxford, Cadillac Fairview, GWLRA, Crossbridge, and Greenrock, inspecting hundreds of elevating devices at a variety of properties.
