Chris Munro

As a vertical transportation consultant with over 18 years of experience, Chris Munro is currently involved with various aspects of KJA’s operations including maintenance program management, elevator upgrade project oversight, and maintenance and technical audits. Chris has consulted on hundreds of projects and has been involved in various national programs for major national real estate and property management firms.

Chris is currently involved with project supervision for modernization and new construction projects, which includes design development, specifications, progress review and final acceptance inspections. He is also involved with technical audit, reserve fund and due diligence examinations.

He is involved with implementation of our Quality Assurance programs with clients such as Oxford, Brookfield, Epic, Bentall, Colliers, CN Tower, Epic and Cadillac Fairview.

Chris is currently the manager of the Toronto Office, with management experience in:

• modernization project supervision and management

• maintenance management program supervision

• account management and client relations
