The historic Hotel St. Louis

At the historic Hotel St. Louis, we completed a detailed restoration of the iconic 1839 Louis Sullivan elevators, keeping all of the original bronze doors and dials.

We also completed a total replacement and installation of the Hotels service elevators, as well as major construction on the machine room and additional floor lobbies.
