Xi Chen

Xi has been with KJA since 2010 and is currently managing several new construction, modernization and maintenance management projects across Alberta and British Columbia.

His managerial experience includes Coordination of related trades for elevator modernization projects.

Xi has assisted with some of largest elevator modernization projects over the past ten years including at Devon Tower (first Otis Compass installation in Western Canada), Bow Valley Square I, II and III (29 units in total), Millennium Tower and Shell Centre. Xi also assisted during the construction phase at The Bow and was involved in the Southcentre Mall redevelopment of the former Sears space.

Xi has been involved in the Oxford NEEM program for the Calgary properties since 2010.

Xi has also worked with a number of engineering firms such as RJC and Entuitive for condition assessments and technical audits. Xi has developed good relations with all of the major contractors as well as smaller independent firms in Calgary.
