Tak Young

As a consultant over the past 5 years, Tak Young has been involved in multiple services including project management for modernizations and maintenance (e2m programs) and large scale inspections at various residential and commercial properties in the Greater Toronto Area.

Tak is currently involved in vertical transportation projects at TD Canada Trust Tower, the City of Burlington, and the University of Guelph.

He has completed large-scale inspections for the City of Toronto, Brookfield, Oxford and Cadillac Fairview. Tak has inspected hundreds of elevating devices, including work for various commercial and residential properties.

Tak currently works with Cadillac Fairview (Toronto Eaton Centre), Brookfield (2 Bloor St E & 2 Queen St E), RioCan (Empress Walk) and GWL (1 Adelaide St W) providing maintenance and consulting services on a regular basis.
