Scot Harvey

Prior to joining KJA in 2012, Scot Harvey spent 13 years in the elevator industry in two of the largest elevator companies. His experience encompasses all facets of the elevator industry and has held roles of increasing responsibility that included maintenance supervisor, branch safety officer, modernization superintendent, and new construction superintendent.

As the current manager of the West region in Canada, Scot oversees projects and consultants in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, including:

• new construction and modernization project supervision and management

• maintenance management program supervision

• account management and client relations

Scot has been involved in many signature properties such as The Bow, Devon Tower, Bow Valley Square and Encor. His experience also includes supervising the maintenance for the City of Calgary LRT. He has been instrumental in the maintenance management of some of our largest National clients such as Oxford, Cadillac Fairview, Dream, Allied REIT, Artis REIT, 20 VIC, and GWLRA.

Scot delivers excellent results to his clients given his extensive industry knowledge, collaborative approach and mutually respectful relationship with the contractors, both management and union. His previous leadership roles and training obtained from the elevator and escalator industry has been instrumental in successfully addressing all his client’s vertical transportation needs.

He is currently oversees and is a lead consultant for several national e2m portfolios in Calgary and Saskatchewan for Cadillac Fairview, Brookfield Properties, Bentall Green Oak, Oxford Properties and QuadReal Property Group.
