Rhonda Rosson

Rhonda provides a full scope of services from schematic design and design development to construction documents and construction administration. Her background in engineering and construction project management combined with years of vertical transportation expertise help her to serve each client as a detail-oriented project manager and focused owner advocate. This proves beneficial to building owners, property managers and architects as many of them are repeat clients.

Prior to joining ATIS, Rhonda was a project manager for a local general contractor and also worked as a ride quality engineer for Otis Elevator. She joined K.H. Lemp Elevator Consultant, Inc. in 2001, managing multiple simultaneous projects and providing clients with extensive vertical transportation expertise. Rhonda holds a Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) certification and earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1995.
