Joseph McAnulty

Joe McAnulty is a seasoned elevator industry professional, currently serving as COO of US Consulting at ATIS, North America’s largest vertical transportation inspection, consulting and managed services firm. In his role as COO, Joe leads the US Team and their cross-border collaboration to ensure unparalleled client delivery, and he has been instrumental in the development of its Total Elevator Asset Management solution.  Joe also nurtures customer relations, handles elevator design, project management and solution-driven client services.

Previously, Joe was Operations Manager at Liberty Elevator Experts (which merged with ATIS in 2022). He also served as Service Manager and Safety Director at Kencor Inc. Elevator Systems, overseeing maintenance of 3,000+ elevators and implementing safety procedures. He also held roles at Pincus Elevator and Delaware Elevator, focusing on installation and troubleshooting.
