Dave Hardin

Dave serves as the Director of Consulting for the Central Region, and helps manage all elevator consulting projects and ATIS consulting personnel. He has worked in the elevator industry since 1995 and has been consulting since 2002. With extensive background in design development, specification preparation and construction management, Dave is well-rounded in advising clients on vertical transportation equipment renovation and installation. He has deep experience with client maintenance contract needs, including preparing maintenance agreements.   

Prior to joining ATIS, Dave was an elevator consultant for K. H. Lemp Elevator Consultant, Inc. where he was also one of the principals and served until the company was acquired by ATIS in August 2020. Before his consulting career, Dave was an area sales manager for ThyssenKrupp Elevator (originally starting with U.S. Elevator). Dave holds a Qualified Elevator Inspection (QEI) certification and is an active member of the International Association of Elevator Consultants. He received a Bachelor of Science in business management from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
