Collin Caswell

Collin Caswell is a Journeyman Elevator Constructor with 18 years of industry experience in the construction, modernization, maintenance, management and consulting of elevators and escalators. His hands-on industry experience is uncommon in the consulting industry and his firsthand experience is invaluable for tackling challenges and implementing innovative solutions.

Collin is currently involved in several major active projects, including some of Western Canadas largest projects, including the Suncor Energy Modernization and the Calgary Cancer Centre new construction project.

In the past 9 years with KJA Consultants he has managed the elevator installations or modernizations at Calgary City Centre, The University of Regina, The Core, Bankers Hall, City of Calgary and Fairmont Properties.

Collin is currently the lead consultant for several national e2m portfolios in the Calgary and Saskatchewan for Cadillac Fairview, Cushman and Wakefield, Oxford Properties, RioCan as well as assisting with GWL Realty Advisors Inc., Brookfield Properties and QuadReal Property Group.
