Annmarie McCaffery, as a Senior vertical transportation consultant, has over 17 years experience in the vertical transportation industry. Prior to joining KJA Annmarie spent 11 years at one of the largest elevator companies. Her experience encompasses various facets of the elevator industry holding several roles including Branch administration, Maintenance and Service coordinator, New Installation coordinator and Assistant supervisor. She possessed the following managerial experiences:

  • New construction and modernization project supervision

  • Maintenance management program supervision

  • Account management and client relations

Annmarie is currently the lead consultant for all national e2m portfolios in the Calgary area for GWL Realty Advisors Inc., Colliers Macaulay Nicholls Inc., Allied REIT, QuadReal Property Group, and assisting with BentallGreenOak (Canada) Limited Partnership.
