Philip Clemson has an extensive background in the elevator industry, accumulating 37 years of experience in estimating, sales, account management, and project management. With over 40 years of sales experience in various positions, Philip has developed strong relationships with clients, elevator company representatives, and local governing code authorities.

Philip's education includes a BBA in Production Management from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio.

In terms of work history, Philip began his career as a Sales Engineer at Schindler Elevator Corp. in Toledo, OH from 1985 to 1987. His responsibilities included new product estimating and contract booking. He then moved on to work as a Sales Representative/Manager at Millar in Indianapolis, IN from 1987 to 1992. In this role, he was responsible for sales of service, repair, modernization, and new products to drive branch growth and maintain the contract portfolio.

From 1992 to 1995, Philip served as an Account Manager at Millar Elevator in St. Paul, MN. He managed a portion of the branch's existing customer base and the associated field staff, while also meeting sales expectations in service, repair, and modernization. Subsequently, from 1995 to 1997, he worked as an Account Representative at Apollo, later acquired by KONE, in St. Paul, MN. In this position, Philip was responsible for sales growth and contract portfolio management for the branch.
