Alex Freeman

Alex is an elevator and escalator management consultant dedicating his strong analytical skills to the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and New England regions. Alex continues to service national real estate investor groups and property management clients with particular experience with Malls and office buildings. In addition to providing modernization project management, contract negotiations, and assessment services to his clients, he provides oversight and coordination on due diligence inspections and is focused on the training and development of other consultants. Alex's strength is in bringing technical vertical transportation details to an understandable and accessible level for financial managers, property managers, and other non-elevator industry persons.

Prior to joining ATIS, Alex built a successful consultancy firm with Sanjay Kamani, worked as a marketing analyst, an adjunct professor of statistics, and a small business owner. He earned a Six Sigma Black Belt as part of his Master's of Science in Business-Decision Sciences (M.S.B.) education at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and is a Certified Elevator Inspector (CEI) and Vertical Transportation Management Professional (VTMP).
