Alex is an elevator and escalator management consultant dedicating his strong analytical skills to the Richmond Elevator Consulting office working on real estate investor and property management client projects across the country. He provides oversight and coordination on due diligence inspections and is also focused on the training and development of other consultants. Alex helps to make technical vertical transportation details understandable and accessible to financial managers, property managers, and other non-elevator industry personnel.
“I want all business decision makers to make informed decisions about their elevators. The best part of my job is when I can look back and see how my extra efforts in the past have helped my clients save money, save time, and helped them in their jobs.”
Prior to joining ATIS, Alex worked as a marketing analyst, an adjunct professor of statistics, and a small business owner. He earned a Six Sigma Black Belt as part of his Decision Sciences education at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and is also a Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI), a Vertical Transportation Management Professional (VTMP), and a project management course instructor. As a University of Phoenix Online instructor, Alex helped students to take a logical approach to analyzing data for business purposes. His undergraduate degree is in philosophy, which he earned while taking pre-med courses.
